Join us in this 4-week series where you will learn the fundamentals of the "The Mojo Technique's" main basic poses, breath and more about the process of how we navigate to free up our bodies meridians (energy paths) to preserve and unblock tension throughout the joints, tissue muscles and overall soul. With plenty of guidance in a safe loving place and with other souls who are all in the same boat. We will teach you how to develop a safe and beneficial body awareness practice by building a stronger foundation wand to help with future /classes programs.
Our 4-Week Curriculum
During this 4-week series we will address the following:
How your body moves? What shall I feel? –
Where should I feel it? Release vs stretch (Yin/Yang)
What is Mojo?
What’s with the breath? Understanding your internal regulator?
What are thr Meridian Lines and what do they serve?
Although Aerial yoga is ultimately an self experiential and healing practice, each class will weave the philosophy of The Mojo Technique into the physical practice. Our aim over these 4 weeks is to provide you with a foundation in the fundamentals of Aerial yoga Basic Poses/Transitions, body awareness and alignment, self love and discovery meditation and acknowledgement. We are here to help heal, serve and always seek to ensure you are always seen, heard and attended to.
