"AUTHENTICITY " POLE VIRGINS INTRO July 12 - Aug 2nd

The event runs every Friday from 7pm - 8.15pm  Every week is different.  Students will get to work with pole in week 3.

Wk 1.) Participants will be guided through various exercises both individually and in group , that aim to build body awareness, , and confidencemovement around chair will also be introducedd to props and storytelling through imagination and movement.

Wk 2.)  Studewnts will recap notes and info from previous week and also will be introduces

Wk 3.) Pole is introduced

Wk 4.)  Revisit [pole and complete a full routine around the pole chair and use of props
