- AERIAL YUMMY
Aerial Yummy™ Play. Breathe. Float. Remember. What if movement didn’t have to be about working out? What if it could simply feel… yummy? In this beautiful, slow-paced class, the silk hammock hangs just 1.5 feet from the floor, creating a safe and supportive space to move, breathe, stretch, and play. We’ll use the fabric as a loving partner—one that supports you, holds you, and invites you to slow down. There are no perfect poses to achieve and nothing to prove. Instead, you’ll explore gentle movement, curiosity, and the freedom to simply be yourself. Some moments are playful. Some are peaceful. Some may surprise you. As you move, you’ll begin to release tension, quiet your busy mind, reconnect with your body, and awaken the joy that often gets forgotten in everyday life. This class is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to move with more kindness, creativity, and self-compassion. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. Before You Attend Please ensure you have medical clearance from your doctor or healthcare professional if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about participating in gentle movement using the aerial hammock. What to Wear * Leggings or comfortable fitted athletic pants * A sports bra or fitted long-sleeve or short-sleeve top that covers your underarms * Please avoid wearing jewelry, zippers, or clothing that could catch on the fabric. * Refrain from using body lotions or oils for at least 24 hours before class, as they can make the fabric slippery and affect your safety.
