Myofascial Release & The Mojo Technique™
The Mojo Technique™ is in essence a form of Myofascial Release as it works to stress and release the fascial tissue through our postures. When we incorporate Myofascial Release techniques and The Mojo Technique™ into both Yin & Yang movements, we can open our bodies more fully to increase the circulation of blood & chi (energy) to the tissues of the body, aiding in the relief of discomforts associated with a multitude of physical dissorders.
