The proram breakdown.

Looking to embark on a personal development journey? Then look no further than "The Power of You" The Mojo introduction series!  Our beginner-level, 5 week program is designed to help students improve mind-body connection through exciting and invigorating movement exercises, props, theatrics,  story telling and playful games bringing out the curiosity, the vulnerability and  courage.  Become deeper aware of your body and learn to engage with your X Factor. 

 

The course is broken down  for your perusal

Week 1, students will learn the importance of breathing techniques and movement exercises that focus on body awareness. They will also receive an introduction to the body's energy meridians and the sensations that flow through them.

Week 2.  Students will get to play with props and start to learn the art of storytelling through imagination and playful props.  This week we introduce the chair.

Week 3.  This week we learn to fuse breath, body awareness and story telling all at the same time.  So this lesson is challenging and fun.  You will learn to multitask using your new found body awareness, breath and imagine through story telling.  "Time to bring out the big kid in you"

Week 4.  We introduce the Pole as a prop and floorwork as the movement component and start going back to the basics of what we covered in week 1 and 2.  The pole has a tendacy of  opening up wounds that may not seem easy and you will soon learn how to work with those emotions when they arise..  

Week 5.  We put every week together and start learning to find the permission of freedom and intentional movement and imagination. It's also time to perform and then CELEBRATE. You are now a "Mojoean"
