Welcome to The Mojo Technique.
Every booking is your first step into a guided, embodied movement experience designed to reconnect you with strength, awareness, and presence.

All sessions are booked online and confirmed instantly.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Booking your class is simple:

1. Select your class
Choose from available beginner classes, workshops, or specialty sessions.

2. Choose your date and time
Pick a session that suits your schedule.

3. Secure your booking
Complete payment online to confirm your place.

4. Receive confirmation
You will receive an email with all class details and arrival instructions.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

To ensure a smooth and supported experience:

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in

  • Bring water and any personal support items you need

  • No prior experience is required for beginner classes

  • All bodies are welcome — this is a learning space, not a performance space

FIRST TIME WITH US?

If this is your first class, we recommend starting with a Beginner or Introductory session.

These classes are designed to help you:

  • Understand the foundations safely

  • Build confidence in movement

  • Learn the structure of The Mojo Technique

  • Move at a pace that supports your nervous system

If you are unsure which class to choose, we encourage you to reach out before booking.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. We will always do our best to support where possible.
