  • Pole Now What L1&L2

    Pole Now What L1/ L2 Maybe you’ve learned a trick in the past and always use the same transition to get out of it or link it to another move. Let’s get you out of that rut. Together we will look at pole moves and look at several ways to transition out of them and into something completely different, so you don’t always end up in the same movement patterns. Students should have some prior experience on pole & inverts are not required. Heels are welcome however knee pads are a must.

  • Pole Climbs/Holds L1&2

    Climbs & Holds L2 In this workshop we will explore a variety of different short combos that consist of various climbing techniques and holds to create exquisite static or even spinning routines. Pre-requisites for this workshop are that students should be able to perform a basic climb and be comfortable in a pole sit so that we can then introduce more intermediate level skills, inverts are not required. (normally considered level 2) Heels are welcome however a couple of climbs will also be more ideally practiced in bare foot.

  • AERIAL CONDITIONING/DANCE

    Experience the transformative power of Aerial conditioning/movement (intentional, where strength and grace intertwine in a harmonious fusion of yoga, empowered movement, and yoga). Embark on a journey of self-discovery and unlock your true potential as you explore your authentic self and the incredible capabilities of your body. Prepare to have fun, confront your vulnerabilities, and learn something beautiful and new about your physical form. In this class, the fabric is positioned at the student’s hip height, creating a more challenging environment that allows for acrobatic moves and poses. This unique setup also targets both divergent and coherent brain waves, enhancing the overall experience. The class is designed to push students while simultaneously helping them tap into their vulnerabilities, striking a perfect balance. To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, please refrain from wearing any jewelry or body lotion on your body for 24 hours before your pole or aerial class. Remember to bring a water bottle with you so that you can refill it at our conveniently located water station.

    Aerial Yummy - Inner Child Aerial: Playful Somatic Flow Reconnect with your inner child while embracing your adult awareness in this unique Aerial Somatic Movement Yoga class. Using the silk hammock, only 1.5 ft from the floor . You’ll explore divergent and convergent movement, stimulating different brainwave states for creativity, relaxation, and focus.
