Where Confidence Takes Flight & Creativity Comes Alive

Welcome to a playful, empowering movement class designed especially for kids!

Our Kids Aerial Yoga & Dance program blends the magic of aerial silks with the joy of dance, helping children build strength, confidence, imagination, and emotional regulation — all while having the time of their lives.

 

This is not just a class…

It’s a safe space for kids to shine, grow, express themselves, and discover what their incredible bodies can do.

What Kids Will Learn

  • Aerial basics: safe climbs, low swings, balances, wraps, and seated poses

  • Creative dance skills: rhythm, musicality, movement patterns, and expressive play

  • Strength & coordination: full-body stability, core strength, grip strength, balance

  • Mind-body awareness: breathwork, grounding exercises, focus techniques

  • Teamwork & social skills: learning to share space, cheer on others, and collaborate

  • Body confidence: celebrating what their unique body can do, not what it looks like

The Experience

Classes are fun, safe, interactive, and taught with a trauma-informed, child-centered approach.

The fabric hangs low to the floor, offering a supportive, cozy place to stretch, swing, dance, flip (in a controlled way), and explore their inner superhero!

 

Every session ends with a relaxing cocoon moment — gentle rocking, guided breathing, and a few minutes of floating calm.
