BLoom

Length: 8 Weeks

Starts 21/07

Facilitator: Ambar

For: Women

Bloom is our somatic-led body & feminine confidence movement program. This is for women seeking to (re)connect with their bodies, their sensuality, and their power. Over 8 weeks students will explore sensation, awareness, and movement through pole, aerial, chair dance, and creative movement exercises. Each student will pick a song at the beginning of the program that they feel embodies their dreams of who they want to be & how they want to feel. At the end of the 8 weeks they will bear witness to each other as they move freely to their chosen song.

Your body, your intuition, your emotion and everything it powers is so precious. Come nurture it with Bloom.

Soft is the new hard

A 6-Week Somatic Movement & Embodiment Journey

75 minutes per class | 1 class per week

Length: 6 Weeks

Starts Sunday 08/08 to 09/13

Tjursdays  08/13 to 09/17

Facilitator: Rodney

For: Men & Women

Soft Is the New Hard™ is a progressive somatic movement journey for people who are not fully ready—but already called forward.

This program is for the moment you feel the pull toward expression, strength, sensuality, or power… but another part of you still hesitates.

We don’t remove the hesitation.
We include it.

Through breath, floorwork, fluid strength, guided awareness, and progressive embodiment practices, participants learn how to stay with themselves while they expand.

Soft is not weakness.
Hard is not force.

They are the same system, finally working together.

INTENDED OUTCOMES

By the end of 6 weeks, participants will:

  • Develop nervous system awareness in movement

  • Increase body confidence without performance pressure

  • Build foundational strength through fluid, somatic sequencing

  • Recognise and work with internal resistance without shame
