Aerial Offerings

Aerial Flow

Aerial Flow is a mix of aerial conditioning, with some elements of ballet barre & pilates, and aerial dance. You will build the strength and flexibility for aerial with some conditioning, and applying it with grace through aerial dance moves.

Pole Offerings

Pole L1

Level 1 Pole is all about building strength and comfort around the pole. You will start with a mix of light conditioning and beginner pole tricks such as spins & holds to build a strong foundation in Pole.

Facilitators: Rodney James, Jessica, Ambar

Schedule: Saturday 9:30am

Open LEvel

Our Open Level is for students who are already comfortable or more advanced in pole, or for students looking to challenge themselves and level up! Open Level offers more focused 1:1 attention on the particular skills each student wants to work on, as well as more intense pole conditioning.

Schedule: Mondays 6:30pm
