| Event / Workshop | $100+ | Includes kitchen & waiting room access. |
* The "Cleaning Fee" Rule : For private hires/events involving the kitchen, consider a flat $50–$100 refundable cleaning deposit or a $35 non-refundable fee.

✨ Respect the Space
* Footwear: No street shoes on the studio floor or mats. Please use clean dance shoes, grip socks, or bare feet.
* Equipment: Do not attempt to remove or install poles without staff assistance. Handle lighting and TVs with care.
* Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen! Please clean up any spills and remove your items from the fridge when you leave.
🧘 Class & Lesson Etiquette
* Timeliness: Your rental period includes setup and cleanup. Please ensure the room is clear for the next booking at exactly the end of your hour.
* Noise: Be mindful of the office and waiting room areas. Keep music levels within professional limits.
* Trash: Place all trash in the provided bins. If you have large amounts of food waste from an event, please take it to the external bin.
