A: The Mojo Technique is an aerial dance studio specializing in a variety of movement-based classes designed for adults, including pole dance, VC Dance, aerial yoga, and somatic education. Each class focuses not only on physical fitness but also on enhancing body awareness, flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection. Our pole and VC Dance classes build strength, coordination, and confidence through dynamic dance and movement techniques. Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a hammock to improve flexibility, decompress the spine, and increase core strength while promoting relaxation. Somatic education classes emphasize mindful movement and body awareness, helping participants release tension, improve posture, and re-train movement patterns for long-term wellness. We accommodate individuals and groups with private or small group sessions and regularly host events to foster a supportive community environment. Together, these offerings promote holistic fitness and well-being, tailored to varying skill levels and personal goals.
