    Join Rodney for an exhilarating pole fitness and dance class at themojotechnique. Perfect for all levels, our class will teach you basic pole moves and transitions to build strength and flexibility. Level 1 is designed for beginners, while level 2 is for those who want to take their skills to the next level. Come ready to sweat, have fun, and learn something new. Pole fitness classes are available on a regular basis and are suitable for both men and women. Please do not wear any body oils or lotions on your body at least 24hrs prior to your class. Please wear boy cut shorts and tank top.

    Fitness class with props and a chair sometimes . Inspired by barre, Pilates and yoga, it will be a challenge and is open to all levels

Please do not wear any jewellry or body lotion on your body 24hrs before your pole or aerial class. Bring a water bottle with you so you can refil at our water station.
